Steve Chen's San Francisco Penthouse Listed For $8 Million


The co-founder of YouTube, Mr. Steve Chen has listed his grand penthouse in the Ritz-Carlton building of San Francisco for the price of $8 Million. This building is the first skyscraper that was built in the city of San Francisco, and was completed in the year 1889. The Ritz Carlton Club and Residences is a stylishly elegant building, and houses many multi-millionaires, which rich luxurious lifestyles.

Internet entrepreneur Steve Chen’s penthouse in the Ritz-Carlton building is spread over 3,063 square feet, and is a duplex penthouse. Steve Chen had purchased it for about $4.58 million. He later worked with Joel Snader (a famous architect), to transform the home into a state-of-the-art dream residence for technology geeks.

This Ritz-Carlton penthouse has two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a living room with three TV sets (all hanging side-by-side). The master suite bedroom in this San Francisco penthouse has a glass wall that divides the bedroom and the bathroom area. This glass can be turned from clear to frost, with the simple press of a button.

The main reason Steve Chen of YouTube is selling his dream Ritz-Carlton Penthouse, is because he needed a bigger home, as he recently had a second child. He will be moving to a new San Francisco home in the suburbs of South Bay, with his wife and two children.
