This building is the first skyscraper that was built in the city of San Francisco, and was completed in the year 1889. The Ritz Carlton Club and Residences is a stylishly elegant building, and houses many multi-millionaires, which rich luxurious lifestyles.

Internet entrepreneur Steve Chen’s penthouse in the Ritz-Carlton building is spread over 3,063 square feet, and is a duplex penthouse. Steve Chen had purchased it for about $4.58 million. He later worked with Joel Snader (a famous architect), to transform the home into a state-of-the-art dream residence for technology geeks.
