Chef Gordon Ramsay has often been hired to oversee dining at luxury hotels and design interiors. The Keating Hotel in San Diego has now hired Gordon Ramsay to custom design its premium Viceroy suite. This five-star luxury hotel is already famous for its interiors, designed by Pininfarina (the same interior designers that design the interiors of Ferrari and Maserati cars). Now, the Keating hotel will also have a suite designed by Gordon Ramsay, the Michelin-starred chef.

The refurbished Gordon Ramsay Viceroy suite has a separate living-room area together with a wet bar, which is divided into a seating and dining area. Some of the luxurious amenities in this room are:
- A customised Pininfarina Morphosis jacuzzi tub.
- A huge walk-in shower with overhead rain fixtures.
- An advanced Bang and Olufsen entertainment system with two flat panel HDTVs.
