In the short period since the commencement of the Jaeger-LeCoultre-Art Portugais Artistic and Cultural Project, many leading Portuguese artists have been brought together. These include distinguished names such as Manuel Cargaleiro, Paul Rego, Júlio Pomar and José de Guimarães. While these artists have different styles and mediums, they have a single common goal: which is to create customised designs for Reverso watches using their individual creativity.

The Julião Sarmento edition of Arte Portuguesa Reverso watches, is the sixth edition in the series. According to artist Sarmento, “the connection I am interested in is the conjunction of the brand image, my brand image, and the concept of endless time”. The Julião Sarmento edition of Arte Portuguesa Reverso watches are available in two designs, a black dial watch and a steel watch.

1. The Black Dial Watch: This Arte Portuguesa Reverso watch has a black rectangular dial, with a smaller second hand in a small round dial inside it. At first, twenty copies of this watch will be released. Each watch is priced at US $22,317.
