Reese Witherspoon has decided to sell her ranch in Ojai, California. This Hollywood-style private ranch has been listed for sale for the price of $10 million. Named the ‘Libbey’ ranch, this Ojai ranch was designed by Wallace Neff, a leading ranch architect in the United States.

The ‘Libbey’ ranch in Ojai, California was built in the Spanish colonial style, in 1923. It originally served as stables for Edward Libbey, the original owner of this piece of California real estate property, after whom this Ojai ranch is also named. Edward Libbey was a glassware magnate, who is considered to be the ‘founding father’ of the town of Ojai.

Other owners of this ranch include Harold Ramis (actor/director), and Kathryn Ireland (an interior designer). Reese Witherspoon bought this Ojai property in 2008 from Ireland, who had renovated the estate, prior to the sale. The ranch was later converted into a chic vacation home, which many Hollywood stars have rented for rest and relaxation.
The most recent guest at Reese Witherspoon’s Ojai ranch was British actor Robert Pattinson, who stayed here for sometime, after news broke out that his fiancĂ©e Kristen Stewart cheated on him.
