Many leading celebrities and business tycoons fly off to private islands in Fiji for quiet exotic vacations. Recently, one of these islands named ‘Nananu-i-Cake’ has been listed for sale. So, where exactly is Fiji?

Nananuicake is a beautiful private island in Fiji, and a rare piece of real estate property. It is an exclusive freehold private island with 600 acres of private property, with a smaller satellite island. It has a house and other facilities in place, and has been listed for sale for the price of $10 million.

On the Nananuicake private island, you will find a luxurious private residence designed by Murray Cockburn, the renowned architect. This estate home has four bedrooms, two guest bedroom suites, a spacious living-cum-dining room, a well-stocked library and another dining room.

- Five sandy beaches.
- Tracks to all five beaches.
- Stables for horses and paddocks for sheep, with horses and sheep in them.

The Nananuicake island has an interesting history. It was first bought by Sir Harold Mitchell in 1974, and remained in the same family since then. Later on, Sir Harold Mitchell also purchased two adjacent freehold private islands, as an idyllic holiday retreat.
