World’s Most Expensive Cow: Missy

The world’s most expensive cow is a black-and-white cow named Missy, which was bought for the price of $1.2 million. This sale happened at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, in Toronto, Canada. Missy was bought by a trio of investors.

Missy - the world's most expensive cow

The main reason why Missy is priced so high is because of her hip-size and huge udders, which are exceptionally large for a cow. The cow delivers protein-rich milk, which analysts believe will be used to make the world’s most expensive cheeses.

The value of Missy is enhanced by the probability that she will pass her milk-producing genes to generations of offspring calves, which in turn will also produce huge amounts of protein-rich milk for making expensive cheese.

What do you think of the world’s most expensive cow?
