It is rumoured that six-year old Suri Cruise, daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes was gifted one of these luxury playhouses for Christmas. This playhouse is believed to have been bought by Katie Holmes, rather than Tom Cruise.

Manufactured by Sweet Retreat Kids, this luxury Victorian playhouse also has electricity, running water, and a small kitchen with a faux stove and shelves. It can be connected to the main house through intercom, allowing parents to check on their kids, while they are playing in the playhouse.
